Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited (“Melco”) is a developer, owner and operator of integrated resort facilities in Asia and Europe.
On December 19, 2006, our Company listed on NASDAQ under the ticker symbol “MPEL”, successfully raising in excess of US$1.14 billion in the process. According to Renaissance Capital and IPOhome.com, this ranked as the fourth largest IPO in the US in 2006. On December 7, 2011, our Company began its dual-listing on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited under the stock code 6883. The listing of the shares on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited was voluntarily withdrawn on July 3, 2015. In May 2016, Melco International Development Limited (“Melco International”) became the single largest shareholder of our Company. On April 6, 2017, our ticker symbol on NASDAQ has been changed to “MLCO” as the Company started a journey of transformation.
Through the implementation of innovative products and services and by working hand-in-hand with globally renowned brands, our Company intends to offer the best entertainment experience that aims to appeal to a broad spectrum of customers and thereby become the leader of gaming industry in the region. In Macau
Our Company operates our superbly designed and managed facilities through our subsidiary Melco Resorts (Macau) Limited, one of the only six companies granted concessions or subconcessions to operate casinos in Macau. In 2022, Melco was awarded a new 10-year gaming concession valid from January 1, 2023.

CITY OF DREAMS MANILA
City of Dreams Manila opened its doors to the public in December 2014 and marked the formal entry of Melco into the fast-growing and dynamic tourism industry in the Philippines. The luxury integrated casino resort at the gateway of Entertainment City’s Manila Bay area in the city of Paranaque and part of the Aseana City township development, is operated and managed by Melco's Philippine subsidiary.
With six hotel towers, the resort has a sound strategic mix of hotel brands – from Nobu Hotel’s celebrity-inspired lifestyle for trendsetting leisure and business travelers, Nüwa Manila’s luxurious hotel experience, to Hyatt Regency Manila’s unparalleled services and facilities for MICE and premium business guests. The integrated resort also features distinctive entertainment venues: DreamPlay, the world’s first DreamWorks-inspired Family Entertainment Center; and CenterPlay, a lounge at the center of the main gaming floor which features live band performances nightly.

CITY OF DREAMS MEDITERRANEAN
AND CYPRUS CASINOS
Opened its doors to the public in July 2023, City of Dreams Mediterranean, Europe’s first integrated resort, is the largest premier integrated destination resort in the region. It features a fourteen-storey luxury hotel with 500 guest rooms and suites, over 8,000 square meters of MICE space, an outdoor amphitheatre, a family adventure park, and a variety of premium dining outlets and luxury retail.
The Company is also continuing to operate three satellite casinos (“Cyprus Casinos”) in Nicosia, Ayia Napa and Paphos.
CITY OF DREAMS SRI Lanka
As the country’s first integrated resort, City of Dreams Sri Lanka officially opened in August 2025. Built by John Keells Holdings, the largest listed conglomerate on the Colombo Stock Exchange, it is South Asia’s first integrated resort and Melco’s first project in the region.
City of Dreams Sri Lanka heralds a bold new chapter in the country’s economic journey. Expected to revolutionize new standards for luxury and hospitality in South Asia, Melco operates City of Dreams Sri Lanka’s Nüwa hotel and state-of-the-art casino and entertainment zone.
A wholly-owned local subsidiary of Melco has been awarded a 20-year casino license by the Government of Sri Lanka.
