These unauthorized individuals are using Melco’s names, trademarks and logos, as well as those of our Macau properties, in an attempt to solicit up-front fees and obtain personally identifiable information from interested members of the public.

Please know that Melco and all of our Macau properties, including City of Dreams, Altira Macau and Studio City have not authorized any person or company of any origin to conduct any telesales/marketing of our hotel packages for and on our behalf, nor have we authorized any such persons to operate online gaming websites of any nature.

We at Melco reserve the right to take legal action against any person or company that infringes on our corporate identity and/or exploits the use of our properties’ names and other intellectual properties, as well as those that associate our names, trademarks and logos with any potentially unlawful activities.

If you receive telephone calls you deem suspicious or unsolicited offers from people claiming to work for Melco, we recommend that you do not respond to their inquiries, do not open any attachments, and do not click on any hyperlinks. If you have information regarding a potential fraud attempt, feel free to contact Melco’s Customer Service Department and please report the incident to your local police immediately. Melco will not be responsible for any damages that may result from any member of the public accessing and or using any fraudulent websites.

Melco will not be responsible for any damages that may result from any member of the public accessing and or using any fraudulent websites, but we will actively take legal action against any person or company that infringes on our corporate identity and/or exploits the use of our properties and attractions’ names and other intellectual properties, as well as those that associate our names, trademarks, logos and images with any potentially unlawful, illicit or illegal activities.
