A Philippine subsidiary of our Company, Melco Resorts and Entertainment (Philippines) Corporation (“MRP”) is the parent company of Melco Resorts Leisure (PHP) Corporation (“Melco Leisure”) which, together with SM Investments Corporation, Belle Corporation and Premium Leisure Amusement, Inc. developed City of Dreams Manila. Melco Leisure manages and operates the luxury integrated resort.

Located at the gateway of Entertainment City’s Manila Bay area in the city of Paranaque, the 6.2-hectare luxury resort is a premier leisure and entertainment destination in the Philippines and Southeast Asia. Its golden exterior features an egg-shaped dome with creative lighting, which has become an iconic architectural feature that is identifiably visible even from afar.
