To give voice to our local colleagues and to ensure relevance to local community needs, our CSR Steering Committee primarily comprises local colleagues and we work hard to cultivate relationships with local NGOs and associations. We regularly meet face-to-face with stakeholders in the community, and the CSR Steering Committee meets every month, with our Chairman and CEO, who is the committee’s Executive Sponsor, regularly attending to review the proposed initiatives and to provide oversight and direction for all of Melco’s CSR programs.
